Psychotherapy and Counselling in Archway, Islington N19 and online

Life can bring challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. Having a safe, supportive space to talk openly about your feelings can help you manage them, bringing greater emotional resilience, insight and self acceptance.

My clients have told me I make them feel like they matter, which has given them confidence to make important changes in their lives.

It’s important you feel comfortable with a therapist. Contact me for a free consultation where you can ask any questions and find out more about how therapy will work.

How we will work

As a psychodynamic therapist, I will help you make connections between past and present experiences, and understand relationship dynamics, giving meaning to emotions and behaviours.

I work in a collaborative, trauma-informed way, meaning that we go at your pace, and I offer a warm and non-judgmental space for you to reflect and gain insight into the deeper layers of your experience.

I can offer open-ended or fixed term work.
