Psychotherapy and Counselling in Archway, Islington N19 and online

Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. Having a safe, supportive space to talk openly can help you better understand your feelings, navigate difficulties, and develop resilience.

My clients have told me I make them feel like they matter, which has given them confidence to make important changes in their lives.

It’s important you feel comfortable with a therapist. Contact me for a free consultation where you can ask any questions and find out more about how therapy will work.

  • Family and relationship issues

  • Addiction, including drug, alcohol, sex and  gambling problems

How we will work

As a psychodynamic therapist, I will work to bring meaning to emotions and patterns that may feel confusing or stuck, exploring how your history shapes the way you relate to yourself and others.

This deeper understanding opens the potential for lasting change.

I work collaboratively and at your pace, offering a warm, non-judgmental space for you to reflect and gain insight into the deeper layers of your experience.

At times I will draw on other therapeutic methods to offer you individualised support.
